My persuasive argument thesis is: As the Internet is being universal, the anyone can get an information even thought it is private. So the right to be forgotten is more important that right to be informed.
1. What do people already know about my topic?
Everyone knows that anyone can get an information if we search on the Google. And by developing of SNS like Facebook or Twitter, we can know others past lives even they want to hide them. So the European Court of Justice acknowledged the right to be forgotten but there aren't any specific regulation of it and many people wonder that if it is realizable.
2. What research has already been done about my topic:

3. What are the implications of my argument (What if I'm right? What if I'm right and people ignore me?)
Internet shows everything. Everyone can be exposed their privacy through the internet. Today, many people can't live without internet because they do almost thing on the internet, so the personal information is getting important. if people ignore me, they will be very careful about writing a comment on the internet and sharing.
My narration
In 2010, a Spanish lodged with Spanish Data Protection Agency a complaint against the Spanish newspaper and against Google Spain and Google Inc. He contended that, when an internet user entered his name in the search engine of the Google group, the list of results would display links to two pages of his newspaper of January and March 1998. Those pages in particular contained an announcement for a real-estate auction organised following attachment proceedings for the recovery of social security debts owed by him. With his complaint, The European Court of Justice accepted the right to be forgotten. But the there is controversy that is the right to be forgotten is the real right even though it is not illegal. And there aren't any clear definition of it and the range of guarantee of it. And there are people who support the right to be informed. However we are living in the information age. It is not the exaggeration that information flows so much that we can find individuals' private information. So today society emphasizes on the personal privacy. And also due to the internet's traits, Companies like Google, Facebook or Twitter have to delete information for the personal right. So I argue that the right to be forgotten is more important that the right to be informed for several reasons.
